Dinner for Four at Naro
Traditional Korean Cuisine, Reimagined.
NARO comes from husband-and-wife team chef Junghyun “JP” & CEO Ellia Park of NA:EUN Hospitality (Atomix, Atoboy, ACRU). NARO reimagines the Korean classics of JP and Ellia’s heritage through a contemporary lens, while honoring the rich foundations of Korean cooking. A blend of traditional techniques, thoughtful sourcing and ingredient seasonality crafts an approachable experience that captures the depth of Korean flavors. NARO’s menu focuses on the subtle and delicate flavors of Korean cuisine, and is rooted in traditional ingredients and techniques, drawing inspiration from classic dishes from various moments throughout Korean history.
"...novelty is not the main point of this younger restaurant. [...]Naro’s executive chef, Nate Kuester, takes a different tack. His kitchen dives straight into traditional foods, starting with favorites like bibimbap and seafood jeon and reaching back to recipes that predate the 20th century, in ways that make them seem full of unexplored potential."
