b.boi is Chef Raul Forés’ homage to Asian comfort food. Drawing inspiration from dishes he grew up with, b.boi brings together flavors from all over Asia to one table—reimagined at a neighborhood spot with a diverse menu of bowls, bites and bevs. From umami-rich ikura bowls to elevated Filipino favorites, b.boi is a place where community and culture can come together and share a meal.
 
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Raul has 19 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He began at sixteen and went on to become General Manager of Mamou and founding partner of Made Nice. In 2025, he launched b.boi as his own culinary launchpad — a space where Filipino cuisine can be enjoyed alongside Asian favorites and a place to collaborate with fellow chefs.
