Champagne AYALA A/18 Le Blanc des Blancs is made of 100% Chardonnay from Grands and Premiers Crus (6 crus). It captures the purity of chalk of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims from the 2018 vintage. This Extra Brut Champagne is of outstanding purity and freshness. 
 
Founded in 1860 by Edmond de AYALA, in the heart of Aÿ Grand Cru, Champagne AYALA, a pioneer in the creation of low dosage wines, stands out thanks to its purity of style. Using a preserved savoir-faire, each cuvée expresses the elegance of Chardonnay and embodies the singularity of a place where everything is crafted on-site with a unique diversity of crus from Champagne’s vineyard. Truly caring for a great diversity of Terroirs, the House continues to perpetuate his founder’s vision. 
 
The vineyard grown by Champagne AYALA is fully committed to a sustainable future. 7 hectares are already certified for High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne (VDC), and the House is taking a new step: its entire vineyard is currently converting to organic farming, with official certification expected by the end of 2025.
