Chef Anton sharpened his culinary skills in some of the city's most exclusive kitchens: first training at the French Culinary Institute before working in the kitchens of chef Jean-Georges restaurants ABC Kitchen and the eponymous Jean-Georges, the late chef Floyd Cardoz's Tabla, and Lower East Side’s Mission Chinese (a favorite of Anthony Bourdain), before venturing on his own with Mighty Bowl, The Hive, and now Tradisyon.


Tradisyon's Supper Club menu has featured standout dishes like Rambutan Rojak, Hokkaido Scallops Kinilaw, and Roasted Chicken with Jufran. Enjoy creative mocktails like Tradisyon's lemongrass pomegranate with yuzu tonic and savor the Tropical Fruit Halo-Halo, Pinoys’ favorite dessert, crafted to perfection.
